The residential building is a classified building which forms part of a wide chain in which an old factory that used to manufacture cow's leather between 1800 and 1910 has been included.As for the building's refurbishment, which started back in 1996, we could not gain perfection within the natural effect we desired for it for it to be faithful regarding the original style of the house. Beyond other considerations, we have indeed honored each and every typical characteristic regarding the traditional materials that had originally been used for its building. The wood, and the stone are indeed the heart and soul of the place itself. In the external courtyard, we may admire a big old wheel made out of granite that was originally from a mill used for chopping wood and a fountain back in the origins of the 19th century, there are also many other things you may discover.
