We ended up in Santiago and stayed there. The service was good at first, until we tried to check in online. We had problems with the payment gateway, which wouldn't let us pay. Once we finally checked in, they asked us our check-in and check-out times two or three times. The check-out time was absurd, since the only option was to leave before 11:00 AM. I don't understand why they kept asking if that was the only option. The place itself is very quiet and easily accessible, and the directions are well-signposted. The apartment was great, with attention to detail. The problem arose the next morning, as both my friend and I are smokers. We went out onto the terrace because there was a sign saying no smoking inside, but it didn't specify that smoking was prohibited throughout the entire property, including the terrace area. Even though we smoked outside with the door closed to keep the smoke out, the smell still lingered on our clothes, and some of it must have seeped into the apartment. They contacted us via WhatsApp saying we had smoked in the apartment, and when I tried to explain what had happened, they offered no explanation whatsoever, simply telling us we were banned from any of their apartments. This seems surreal to me, given the lack of any attempt at mediation or even any attempt at understanding from the management. I must admit, the complex itself is very good. However, due to this bad experience and the company's lack of communication, this cannot be a positive review. As a side note: if smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, this should be clearly stated on the sign.
We stayed two nights and had a great time. The rooms were simple but well-equipped. The kitchen was small, which we didn't use, and the bathroom had a spacious shower. The bathroom was a bit dark. They provided some tea and coffee, as well as a large bottle of water as a courtesy. We brought our dog, as pets are welcome with prior notice and for a fee of €20 per stay. The area is far from Santiago, so you'll need a car and parking in the city, but the advantage is that you can walk your dog, for example, along the Mountuoto viewpoint, which has an area where it can run off-leash and offers views of Santiago. The price was reasonable considering the location and facilities.
Luxury Singular Apartments Orange is a beautiful apartment in a nice, quiet area. Fiorella was very helpful prior to arrival so we knew exactly what to do. Close to a supermarket, cafe, public transport and more. Two minor improvements that would be very helpful would be to include a list of amenities - I only found the laundry by accident as I was looking for somewhere to dispose of our rubbish before leaving; and some simple instructions for the window shutter for those who aren't familiar with them. Tip for other travellers - if you are arriving by taxi, make sure the driver includes 'Orange' in their search as it's a good walk up a steep hill if they drop you off at Green!
I've had a wonderful stay with my family, everything was perfect in the apartment. I'd just recommend to the customers doing an online check-in 1 day before to speed the process. They were very attentive to every detail, they even let us some cookies! Thank you so much for that, guys❤️
Complicated and lengthy check in. Upon arrival there was no one around to assist us to check in. We received no pre arrival information. We finally got a hold of someone who called someone else and finally sent us a link to check in ourselves via a website. Thank fully We had cell service to complete the online process. Then we received our code after 30 minutes waiting outside after a long day. Although the room was very nice it was overshadowed by the check in process. Just reached out well in advance and get the check in process done.
