Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our comfortable room was on the fourth floor with lots of windows and a great view over the plaza. Excellent value for the price.
Excellent value for money very friendly staff can speak English well. Great location close to restaurants etc.
This was a very annoying and not secure check in process. It took half an hour just to get in to the building. We had to call a number that had us on hold for half an hour after we were hung up on twice. It took over an hour to check in which was done over a zoom call in the hotel lobby where they asked for every guests data while surrounded by all the other people trying to check in. The guy who did the check in was nice but the whole process was such a pain and not worth the headache
Good central location. Maybe be noisy if in peek season if you go to bed early. Really friendly staff with loads of info about the area. Ice cream shop next door open till midnight. Yum yum Also a fruit shop
Fantastic city location. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds. Annoying censor timing light in bathroom going off when bathroom in use. Very small shower towels. Could do with a little maintenance
