They had me at hallo: I'm very fond of good bread, give me five different kinds plus truffled butter plus foie de gras, and you already have made my day. The food here is closer to traditional dishes (compared to some restaurants where it is mostly foam, musse and mist of this and that), quality products and preparation. I also loved the kindness and attention. And the little blue bird that presided the table. If anything, a bit more relaxed service might even be an improvement, it's good to take the plates when finished, but there is no 3 second benchmark for that.
