Wow… just wow. I been to a few Michelin’s but Nova races to the top… not a single dish disappointed. Service, on top. Price quality… more than you expect. Too hitters were the salmon, the pulpo and the arroz. This restaurant blew me away in so many ways. We had a great time. Even the setting is comfortable. You are not sitting in surgical dining room like most Michelin restaurants but you feel at ease…
An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. This was our third visit (we live in Boston) and we’ll definitely continue coming back every year. The food is simply exceptional. Every dish is beautifully presented and of the highest quality, with a wonderful balance of fish, meat, and vegetables throughout the tasting menu. Every course was delicious. The service is equally outstanding. Everyone on the team is genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explain each dish with care and make you feel so well looked after. A special thank you to Jonas, who recommended a wine that paired perfectly with our meal and even printed a copy of the menu for us to take home when we asked—a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Chef Julio also came to our table to check that everything was perfect. He was so kind, humble, and approachable, and it was a pleasure meeting him. The restaurant itself is charming, peaceful, and elegant without feeling pretentious. One thing that really impressed us was how immaculate the kitchen was—it was absolutely spotless. For a Michelin-star restaurant, the value for money is incredible. The quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the overall experience make it feel like an absolute bargain.
