Amazing time really nice pool and very kid friendly
The hotel is well located, the spa is fantastic, the rooms are clean, and overall the service throughout the hotel is excellent. However, I would like to specifically mention the cafeteria service, which unfortunately did not reflect the high standard of the rest of the hotel. On our first morning, no one greeted us, noted our room number, checked on us during breakfast, or cleared any used dishes. On the second morning, the experience started better, as we were greeted and our room number was recorded. Later during breakfast, the milk had run out. I tried several times to get the attention of a staff member, but felt completely ignored. After waiting for more than 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance, I became increasingly frustrated. Eventually, I brought the empty milk container directly to the staff member myself. Looking back, I could have handled the situation more calmly, but at that moment I felt overlooked and disappointed. What frustrated me most was not the missing milk itself, but the feeling that guests were not being attended to. A simple acknowledgment or response would have made a significant difference. I was not the only one who noticed this. We were a group of six people, and several members of our group shared similar observations regarding the cafeteria service. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself is wonderful. The spa, facilities, cleanliness, and overall guest experience are all excellent and deserve recognition. We still had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return. However, we hope to see an improvement in the cafeteria service, as it is currently the only aspect that falls below the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel.
