An unforgettable evening, made truly special by Marcos, the Chef de Hall, a man of such kindness, courtesy, and gallantry that I've rarely encountered. The location is truly elegant, the food excellent, but it was Marcos who made the difference in making this evening truly unique and unforgettable!
Our group of five dined at Restaurante Brandal in the Hotel Scala and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of both the cuisine and the service. The dining experience was truly gastronomic, with each dish beautifully prepared and exquisitely presented. The highlight of the evening was the outstanding service provided by Marcos, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth elevated the entire experience. His dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect did not go unnoticed.
