Pazo da Oliva is an outstanding restaurant. From the care and kindness of their wait staff, to the elevated and delicious organic and locally sourced dishes. Highly recommend it!
We go as often as we can and enjoy it immensely. The food and service are on point and it should have a Michelin star as it is better than many of the starred places close by. Is it exspensive? Yes. Does the food come out perfect? Yep. We will be back soon. To me it is best to have lunch in the middle of the week as the pace is slower and more relaxed. Maybe even have a cocktail before coming up the stairs. With 4 glasses of wine and bottled water the bill was €150 for two people.
About Palacio de La Oliva: Only one word: EXQUISITE! A must visit in Vigo!
