We had a reservation for dinner at 8 pm. It was after a long day doing camino. The food was excellent but…. They did not have three of the dishes from the menu. It took about an hour wait between our appetizer and the main course to arrive. We had a room on the third floor- it was great and it gave us privacy but we did not expect to spend 3 hours in the restaurant. Not much of update in the meantime. We were first to arrive and almost the last to leave. It was not a Michelin standard.
Very much enjoyed the menu choices with the rice dishes plus razor clam tacos. Service picked a perfect wine to enjoy also.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! Everything was super delicious and the service was excellent. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking to try traditional Galician cuisine but with a fancy twist. Oysters and clams were super fresh, and their homemade sauces were astounding!! It was also very affordable considering the quality and service. An overall lovely experience, and we would gladly do it again!
I saw it in the Guide Michelin and we instantly went there and got a table. Very good food OMG the fish rice was so yummy! very good service and nice smiley people . We sat on the second floor which is a small area with a few tables. There is a small spot at the entrance and the biggest area is the 1st floor where the toilets are.
Ordered the bamboo clams, oyster, sea bream and seafood rice. I enjoyed the clams- sauce was light but had good flavour. The clams themselves were cooked perfectly. The sea bream was a standout for my dinner partner who ate most of the fish, including its head. The side that came with the fish gave a nice touch of acidity and saltiness to the dish. The seafood rice was also very good. It’s made with seafood broth and fish broth, and had just 1 piece of seafood on it- an oyster. If you expect plenty of seafood in your dish, this is not it. A staff member by the name of Daniel was great. We really enjoyed his wine recommendations and appreciated his explanations of each dish.
