We slept here on our journey to Santiago. The owner is really nice and the rooms are comfortable. :)
It is absolutely freezing cold in the rooms and the little electric heater doesn’t do very much. It looked like it was closed when we arrived but we managed to find the number of the owner who told us the lock number. I booked it via booking and some information about the check in process would have been helpful. The bed sheets seemed clean but I definitely didn’t want to use the thicker blankets provided because they look old and not exactly clean. If it wasn’t for the sleeping bags to keep us warm, I don’t know how to stay here for the night. There is a big bug painted on the wall, we luckily didn’t encounter any other bugs during our stay. Walk past this accommodation if you possibly can, I would not recommend it!
This place is absolutely beautiful and now my favourite to stop along the Camino. As a solo female hiker I have a private room with a shared bathroom however the bathroom is right next to my room so it feels like my own. I feel very safe and so well looked after by this beautiful family. One of the best meals and so reasonably priced for dinner and wine. The owners are so accomodating. This is the place to stop before reaching the final destination and not to far to finish the walk. Highly recommend!
