Tucked away in the heart of Santiago de Compostela, Curro do Parra delivered one of those memorable lunch experiences that stays with you long after the evening ends. Watching such a talented team work seamlessly in such a small kitchen was a pleasure in itself. We chose to share a selection of dishes, allowing us to enjoy the full creativity of the menu. The organic black tomato salad was simply heavenly—full of flavour and beautifully balanced. The tuna was served change to perfection, while the clams and mussels were fresh, delicate, and packed with taste. To finish, we couldn’t resist the traditional Santiago almond tart, and it proved to be the perfect ending: rich, authentic, and absolutely delightful. A restaurant where genuine hospitality, teamwork, and outstanding ingredients come together. If you’re visiting Santiago de Compostela, Curro do Parra deserves a place at the top of your list. #CurroDoParra #SantiagoDeCompostela #Galicia #FoodLovers #SpanishCuisine #OrganicProduce #BlackTomatoes #SeafoodLovers #TravelEurope #SlowTravel #HiddenGems #CulinaryJourney #SharingPlates #AuthenticExperiences

Tiny little restaurant tucked away down an alleyway in Santiago old town. The food was excellent and the service professional and friendly. Great recommendations for local wines. We sat outside under umbrellas on the small terrace - delightful!

All of the food was delicious ! We had artichokes with bacon and bearnaise sauce octopus with a potato purée and cheese sauce, croquettes, capon raviolis and cheesecake. The wine selection was good too. Very pleasant atmosphere. Best meal in Galicia so far!

Everything was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and took the time to explain what we were eating and even how best to enjoy each dish, from the first bite to the last. The food was absolutely delicious, and I truly enjoyed the whole evening. While we were waiting for our starters, they served us a lovely leek soup, which was a really nice touch. After dessert, they prepared coffee for us almost instantly, and at the end, we were offered a traditional Galician herbal liqueur, which was a beautiful way to finish the meal. If you want to experience authentic Galician food and learn more about the local culture, I would definitely recommend this place.
