The room was very clean and cool. Carlos was very helpful with any queries.
This hotel deserves more than one star. Nice rooms, everything very clean. The person who greeted us was very helpful. The food at the upstairs restaurant is excellent. It's one of the hotels I'll definitely return to.
Everything was perfect. The hotel's location is just 100 meters from Bastigueiro beach, the rooms are very spacious, renovated, and have sea views through a large window. We went in winter and some areas were closed, like a chill-out lounge bar, which makes sense. There's a gastrobar on the first floor for breakfast and lunch. Parking is next to the hotel and there were plenty of spaces, although it filled up early in the morning with surfers heading to Bastigueiro; I imagine it gets even more crowded in the summer. A very good experience.
The room was nice, comfortable, and very accessible for everyone. The room service was terrible. On the one day we asked them to clean our room and change the towels, as specified (leaving them in the sink), we found the same towels laid out in the shower. They also left us without toilet paper.
