Description

Begin your tour at 9:15 AM from Pilar Chapel in Santiago de Compostela. The first stop is Cambados, known for its history and as the birthplace of Albariño wine cellars. Learn about the international Albariño wine festival held here annually.

The next stop includes a guided walk through local Albariño vineyards and a visit to an exclusive wine cellar. Taste premium Albariño wines unavailable in typical markets or restaurants, favored by top European establishments.

Continue to La Lanzada beach, one of Galicia’s most remarkable coastlines, and explore its historical and legendary significance dating back to the 10th century.

Then, visit La Toja Island to discover its thermal waters and industrial heritage in producing Spain’s notable soaps. Board a boat for a cruise along the estuary, passing numerous “bateas” where mussels, oysters, and scallops are farmed. During the cruise, enjoy an unlimited buffet of freshly cooked mussels in Albariño wine, accompanied by local white wine, soft drinks, water, and liqueur shots.

After the cruise, you will be dropped off at O Grove for 90 minutes of free time to have lunch at a recommended restaurant specializing in seafood.
