Description
The activity begins at our base in Burela (Lugo, Galicia), where we will welcome you and give a brief explanation of the plan for the day. We will also give a simple theoretical introduction to scuba diving, safety regulations and the use of gear. Next, you will be kitted out with all the equipment with the help of the instructor. We'll travel to the dive site on the coast, chosen according to sea conditions to ensure the best possible experience. The activity is organized in shifts, as each introductory dive is done individually. The instructor accompanies one person in the water while the rest of the group waits in a safe and calm area, where they can snorkel or simply relax in the surroundings. Then the turns alternate until all participants have completed their dive. During the introductory dive, you'll always be accompanied one-on-one by the instructor, who will guide you at all times at a pace adapted to you. You'll discover a natural environment in the Galician Atlantic, with rocky seabeds and kelp forests full of marine life. At the end, we will return to the meeting point and to the base in Burela, where we will discuss the experience, answer questions, and talk about possible next steps in the world of diving.Includes
