The hotel is a great location, near the tourist attractions, restaurants and cafes. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for 3 people. The hotel receptionists Romina and Aminata were attentive and provided awesome costumer service.
Great value for the money. Clean rooms, mini fridge and water. Also the staff - Mina from reception was very friendly, she helped us with a lot suggestions about the breakfest and restaurants in the area. Tottaly recomended and Thank You Mina!
Romina at the front desk was an absolute joy. She answered every question, met every need, and did it all with a smile and great attitude. In all my 67 years of travel she stands out as the most helpful customer service.
Absolutely love this hotel! Incredibly central, super clean and comfy, we’ve been on the Camino for the last 8 days and this was the nicest hotel we’ve come across. Thank you also to Romina who was so welcoming and kind and sent us to the best Italian restaurant ever for dinner!! We’ll definitely be recommending this to others!
Great location on the Camino! Very comfortable room and bathroom. The customer service is outstanding! Romina was very patient with me, not to mention she gave us excellent directions to Decathlon and how to pick up the Camino by using the Halo and Via Verde. She was key in our having a pleasant stay and great walk today. Highly recommend!
