The winery Beatriz is a small,traditional family-run winery which is of stone construction. The Rodríguez family started to elaborate and produce wines using local vines in harmony with their ecosystem. Continuing the family tradition the current owners of the winery are the first to produce wine which is organic from the Ribeiro wine producing area, respecting the environment. They produce a white wine and red wine (mencía) with denominations of origin.
