Day 1 - Baiona Reception of clients by Authentic Trails staff and the guide who will be with the group. From Porto airport (Portugal), you will be taken to Baiona (in Galicia, Spain), a charming and lively harbour town, where a dish of fresh fish from the sea is an absolute must. - Dinner at the hotel Day 2-Baiona to Caminha The first half of the day on your bike, you cycle in Spain, gently following the flat coastline, along the foothills of the Sierra de la Grova Mountains and a bit further south, of the Sierra de Argalo. You will enter Portugal by crossing the River Minho on a boat into the town of Caminha. - Wine Tasting - Dinner Day 3 - Caminha to Ponte de Lima Cycling from Viana do Castelo to Ponte de Lima is a picturesque journey, following the Atlantic coast and bordering the Lima River. The route offers breathtaking views of the ocean, passing through enchanting coastal landscapes. As you follow the Lima River, witness the tranquil beauty of the interior, culminating in the arrival at the historic Ponte de Lima, with its Roman bridge and medieval charm. - Picnic - Dinner - Transfer to hotel Day 4 - Amares to Sabrosa Transfer from Amares to Sabrosa: an enchanting coach journey with a picnic stop in the vineyards. Accommodation in the heart of the vineyards offers a serene and authentic stay. - Picnic - Visit and wine tasting - Dinner paired with the estate's wines Day 5- Sabrosa Explore Sabrosa on a cycle tour, passing through Favaios. Take a break at a local producer for a picnic, savouring regional delicacies.
