The location is truly excellent, overlooking Avenida de la Marina and the beautiful Parque de Méndez Núñez, right in the heart of A Coruña. The service was also very good, with friendly and professional staff. The common areas, particularly the reception and corridors, are impeccable and very well maintained. However, the rooms and the exterior of the hotel are in need of a deep renovation. There is a noticeable contrast between the excellent condition of the common areas and the more dated state of these areas. The hotel has a lot of potential, and with a thorough renovation of the rooms and exterior, it could become an even more outstanding hotel in such a privileged location
Not a good experience.Noisy, basic, not very friendly staff. AC, TV and phone not always working. Very good location and excellent breakfast
This 4 star hotel has seen better days. It is definitely outdated and in need of renovations and updates throughout. The front desk is effective, and the workers are super nice. The location is fantastic!
I think it’s unfair that nobody warns about noise level. There was a club next to the hotel and we could hear music until 6:30 am, even though it was on Thursday night. The air conditioning was not working, and the room was hot, so the only thing left was to open the window. We did not have a comfortable stay. On the positive note, it was nice to have a kettle in the room, and everything was clean.
