We are staying at the hotel and went two times to the restaurant. I really love the service they take really good care of you. The food is interesting and cooked extremely well. If I compare to other Michelin restaurants it is at the lower end but the price value is amazing. So I do recommend this restaurant.
Outstanding in every way. The service is excellent, the food is beautifully prepared, and the overall quality really stands out. The hotel itself is also very attractive, and the wine selection is broad and well chosen. We tried the following dishes: Starters: • Grilled scallop with smoked cream and salmon caviar • Scallop gratin with prawn under a puff pastry crust (our favorite starter) Fish: • Roasted black monkfish loin with a light shellfish jus • Wild sea bass with creamy rice in green sauce (our favorite main) Meat: • Beef cheek with sautéed porcini mushrooms • Lacquered beef shank with Galician chestnut and pear poached in wine Desserts: • Mango and passion fruit mousse with Greek yogurt ice cream • Raspberry and Valrhona chocolate cream • Crispy mascarpone mille-feuille with strawberries (our favorite dessert) If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that one of the three beef cheeks we ordered wasn’t quite as tender as the others. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this restaurant.
