Bica de Trives make very tasty home-made cakes using simple local ingredients : flour,eggs,sugar,butter,fermented dough and cinnamon. They're great with coffee / tea for breakfast or as a dessert. The same traditional baking process and choice of ingredients stretches back over 50 years using the local and naural porducts from the area of Trives.
