This is definitely a restaurant to visit. The Chef who has train abroad, retur ed to his home to create some elevated dishes of some old family traditional recipes. I enjoyed the aperitif soup, made from mussels and octopus. For dinner the waiter suggested the Steamed Hake on potato cream with gaic and local chili infused olive oil, and garnished with fresh peas and watercress. In 2 weeks of traveling Spain, this was the best fish dish prepared in the country! For dessert I had to try the Blue cheese Cheesecake. Baked in a porcelain pot. It was topped with a fig preserve and assorted fresh local tropical fruit. And such a value as well for the quality!! I talked to the Chef afterwards. He is extremely knowledgeable about Galician food!
