We spent an incredibly lovely evening at this very special restaurant. Not only that the Chef knows how to play with textures and tastes … the staff rounded the experience up! They were very friendly and thoughtful - moderating well through all the courses. We decided for the wine pairing and as I am always looking for “specials” I told this to the Sommelier and he did a great job as well to find very interesting pairings that supported the food without overwhelming it. We very much loved the local intention of the restaurant and all the helping hands (we didn’t get in touch with all the crew in the kitchen) and the service crew did a perfect job! Hope to be back!
