The restaurant is located on the Baiona- La Guardia road (C-552) only 5 minutes from Baiona right next to the sea.
The restaurant is composed of two floors:
Floor 1: 380 m2
Floor 2: 250 m2
The kitchen is totally equipped 60 m2 in size and has a store of 80 m2. It contains: an industrial freezer of 3mx2m and industrial fridge of 3x2; 3 halls with a capacity for 150 people, 130 people and 90 people respectively.
Totally equipped and furnished with parking with capacity for 50 vehicles.
The restaurant also has an aquarium of shellfish of 500 litres.
