A Taberna de Antes is a restaurant with a cosy, family atmosphere, ideal for sharing a meal with friends or family, with great views of the Vigo estuary and a large terrace with a garden for both kids and adults to enjoy.
The cuisine is traditional, with home-made dishes such as Galician pies (the meat one is really delicious), octopus and spanish tortilla (omelette). You can also enjoy a varied menu where you will find dishes such as fried squid, homemade croquettes, peppers from Padron, cheeses, diced pork, marinated clams, prawns, razor clams, grilled seafood, cod, hake and a variety of grilled meats.
One of the house specialties is pork, which is prepared to order and great for the palate, especially when it is washed down with a selection of fine wines. Special mention is also necessary for the home-made desserts.
