Alameda Restaurant is located in heart of Pontevedra well situated to serve visitors of the Rias Baixas. It's an example in offering a balance in the meeting of two concepts:modern cooking with traditional. The menu encourages progressive tendances and varies depending on the market. Hake,salmon,plaice or sole help to present a selection of available classic dishes (galician style,baked or fried).
The daring cooking style includes fish served with vegetables and virgen olive oil in a compote of tomato with the scent of rosmary,with pineapple and many other exciting specials!
The restaurant began in 1995 and since 2000 introduced new dishes such as shellfish stews with rice and duck with chickpeas.
The kitchen is run by chef Maria Jesus Gonzalez and the brains of the restaurant team is Camilo Pardo.
