Reviews
We ordered grilled beef. It came with potatoes, salad, and chorizo. Cea bread. For dessert: coffee flan and no-bake cheesecake. We also had coffees. They offered us liqueurs, but since we had to drive, we didn't have any. The owner was very attentive and always made sure everything was alright.
We went to try it out and were very happy; the food was very good, with that grilled flavor that I personally love. They served us quite quickly and the portions were very generous. I will definitely return.
Everything's great, considering they're just starting out and it's not easy these days; it takes real courage. Like any business, they have flaws they need to correct. Each review reflects people's experience while they're there. I'll gladly go back!
We went on Thursday, July 9th. The first impression was a bit disconcerting since I couldn't see any sign for the establishment and had to ask if it was the Asador. They immediately suggested we sit on the back terrace, which, given it was late afternoon and a pleasant breeze, we did. The Asador's menu is small and geared towards carnivores, although they do have octopus and squid, but for those of us who like meat, it's more than enough. We ordered pork churrasco, beef churrasco, and the beef croca. There were four of us. The meat comes with fries and salad. The first great and pleasant surprise: everything is homemade... simple but spectacular. We had to wait for the meat, but it was worth it, and besides, this place doesn't encourage rushing... it's for savoring. They were always checking to see if we had enough, which we had. Well, the meat was exceptional, and we enjoyed it immensely. The three of us who ordered dessert chose the cheesecake, which was also good. Since it was a weekday, they didn't have any other homemade desserts. We'll definitely be back, this time closer to the weekend so we can enjoy everything. The service was excellent, making you feel right at home without being intrusive.
A little corner in Ourense where you can enjoy excellent quality grilled meat. We ordered beef rump, beef and pork ribs, and croquettes. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The homemade salads were another plus, and the desserts were spectacular. Dining on their terrace on a summer evening is a small luxury not to be missed. Álvaro's service was attentive and friendly, and his son's too ☺️. Thank you. We will not only return, but this will become a go-to spot.
