In our eagerness to be near more of our clients, who are also our friends, Bitadorna decided, in 2009, to take a step and open a new restaurant in Vigo: Bitadorna-Vigo, with the same human quality, human spirit and the desire of which, whoever accompanies us, they have the best impression of our cooking.

My name is Chus Castro, and I am in the restaurant business by vocation. My principles are in the wise advice of Mrs. Lidia, who was the cook for the bishop of Ourense. With her I entered the cooking world, in the family kitchen. Later courses, trips and readings selected with an objective : to know other cuisines to be able to animate me and to try new horizons. It arrived, later, the investigation and other dishes arose. Then I discovered that it is possible to combine the traditional cooking with the new more demanding experiences able to satisfy the most discerning palates and satisfy the most hungry stomachs, that are the purpose of good food.
The greetings received; the interest demonstrated by different medias, written and audio-visual, and my gastronomical presence in different contests, fairs and events, helps to motivate me, makes me think that I am on the best road.
