Special focus is paid to cooking meat to perfection (from rare to well-done), bringing out the succulent, natural flavours. “Chuletón de Buey” (a large beef chop) is a popular choice thanks to its exquisite taste and quality, with “Bacalao de la Casa Vasca' – a delicious and hearty meal loosely based on ratatouille, made with red and green pepper, tomato, onion and zucchini – also being highly regarded by diners.
Ideally located in the centre of city next to the María Pita Plaza, Casa Vasca has been established for over twenty years, becoming a benchmark in the local gastronomic community.
