Restaurante Nova is the dreams of two chefs from Ourense,Daniel Guzman and Julio Sotomayor to create a space in which to enjoy the unique protagonist: the product. The restaurant is based on a sustainable kitchen taking advantage of its location to always offer the best seasonal products from the area and the coast. They offer what they call a kitchen going back to its roots, in which each tries to capture a gastronomic base inherited from our ancestors, with each ingredient contributing and determining a common thread: freshness.
Restauarante Nova has three tasting menus 15€, 28€ and 42€. The 28€ is very complete with water and dessert included but not wine or coffee. The wine list only offers wines from Galicia (the restaurant was awarded for having the best selection of wines from Galicia) and the products are always from the season with the main menu changing weekly.
