Restaurante Silabario is a michelin star restaurant in the centre of Tui next to Hotel Colon. The food is traditional galician but with new modern cooking techniques and always looking for more innovative ways to excite customers.
Under the expert leadership of the young chef, Alberto González Prelcic, the restaurant also forms a part of the Gastronomic Group of Galicia.There is a tasting set menu at €48 to give a demonstration of the quality and expert care in the delivery of cutting edge food. With great views looking towards a Portuguese fortress and open fields aroun Tui, the cuisine has portuguese influences too.
There is an extensive wine list including a range of quality galician wines. There is also a lounge area to enjoy that special after dinner moment: a cigar,a coffee, a cocktail etc.
