I'm thrilled with this gym and its trainers; even though I haven't been going for very long, the workouts are excellent and I feel fantastic after each session! I hope to continue like this for a long time and keep improving my goals. Highly recommended!
A truly positive experience from the very beginning, and I'm one of the long-time members who've been with them since they opened. Dynamic classes with exercises tailored to individual levels and needs, in a relaxed and motivating environment. In my case, the improvement and positive results have been tremendous. Their professionalism and effectiveness are undeniable.
This center stands out for the professionalism of its trainers and the personalized training programs, catering to each individual's needs. The groups are very small, ensuring a truly one-on-one experience. In my case, they've been incredibly accommodating in adapting my schedule, and although I don't attend regularly due to personal reasons, they always provide the same level of attention and dedication. All the trainers are wonderful, and there's always a very positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this center.
My experience has been fantastic. My main goal when I signed up was to alleviate the pain and lack of flexibility I had in my hip. I say "had" because that's no longer the case. Within two weeks of being here, I noticed a huge improvement. They are top-notch professionals. The service is spectacular and personalized; they are always there, offering routines and exercises tailored to your needs at any given time. Both Brais and Izan are amazing. I recommend them 100%.
