Tasca a Troula is a delicious, traditional Galician Tapas bar in Calle Barrera in the heart of La Coruña. The bar has been in the same ownership for decades and is famed for its tapas, beers and wines, all set at amazingly low prices. The bar's many guests sit around traditional barrels or stand outside in the narrow street taking in the vibrant atmosphere.
Calle Barrera is the perfect place to visit to enjoy the city's nightlife, as it is heaving with bars all conveniently situated within 100 metres of each other. Tasca a Troula is one of our favourites and is famous for its crocodile tapa (cocodrilo), which is definitely a dish for the brave of heart and sturdy of stomach! See if you can spot where the crocodile hides.
