This is an exact replica of Pinzón’s caravel ship La Pinta, showing the daily life of the times and the people on board, such as Rodrigo de Triana, or Pinzón, in period costume.
It was on 1 March 1493,that the Pinta,captained by Pinzón arrived in Baiona,making the Villa become the first port in Europe to receive news of the discovery of America.
