It’s ok, the average massage is quite good but very little receptive to customer feedback, they may say yes but pay very little attention to what you ask them or tell them

Bought the 65€ Reflexology 60min Arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. Was offered beverages while waiting. Tried the delicious mango juice. Was lead to the lower level where the treatment room was. Room was dark and serene. Changed to provided flowing pants and slippers. Didn't know until service was done that the sixty minutes timing started when we went to the lower level. Opportunity for washrooms was offered then. Treatment was in a big soft rattan chair covered with towels. Cooling eye mask was applied. My therapist was able to adjust pressure to my liking. Overall 50 minute service.

As a treat to ourselves, me and my husband always do the Indochina special now as a ritual. Everything is absolutely perfect: the staff is welcoming, the masseuses are attentive and skilled and the ambiance is tasteful and meditative. They give us their utmost attention and we feel super pampered and spoiled. The massages themselves are top notch: if you want a higher level of pressure, just ask. The Indochina special is pricey but considering the amount of attention and relaxation you get, it’s truly a bargain and a no-brainer. If you get there a little early (recommended), they brew you a fresh pot of delicious tea and post-massage ritual, you get an amazing spread of fresh fruit and a choice of beverage (juice, tea, or just water). It really speaks, again, to the attention to detail. I personally cant even finish all the fruit so i actually bring a large tupper with me now 😂 and i also cut away more of the pineapple when i get it home to make the most of it even more. Next time I’ll also bring my thermos to keep the tea i also couldn’t finish lol! I don’t like waste (as you likely can infer) so they let me keep the bamboo slippers used during the massages but they were happy to offer me new ones (I declined but appreciated their offer). They would have been disposed of if I didn’t keep them, so why not? I do wish they didn’t toss the first set out after our post-body scrub shower, but i know it was their effort to make our experience top notch by giving us a fresh pair (just my own personal peeve against waste, which doesn’t affect my view of their services at all). Anyway, this is now my favorite part of visiting my extended family, but let’s keep that on the dl 😆 Bottom line: visit this spa if you need a self-care day, you definitely won’t regret it! 💆🏻‍♀️
