Restaurante Galileo is one of our favourite restaurants in Galicia.The cuisine is based on traditional galician cooking using locally sourced products with the chef, Flavio Morganti,leaving his unique mark and interpretation.
The restaurante is a converted,rustic old 19th century house with fantastic countryside views within easy access of Ourense on the road to Castro Caldelas.
Flavio who is Italican by birth uses locally sourced ingredients to create well presented innovative,modern dishes based on traditional galician cuisine. The wine list is extensive.
