After a careful restoration,the ancient millhouse is now the charmimg restaurant Fervenza only 15 minutes from Lugo. From the dinning room where there are great woodland views you can enjoy galician cuisine reinvented using quality local products and creativity.From the ancient wood burning ovens ther are specialties like the Galician pasty (empanada), Capón (large chicken) from Vilalba,milk fed baby lamb,roast local pork all accompanied with a select wine list with signature Spanish wines. All of this in an environment which reproduces previous times,old chestnut floors,old weave looms, mill architectural features and surprisingly a table without legs etc
In summer you can enjoy the swimming pool and outside terrace ideal places to relax and enjoy a bite to eat alfresco style.
